There is a problem with my order.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or with missing items, please reach out to our customer support team right away. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include: Your order number, a brief description of the problem and photos of the issue if applicable.
How can I return my items?
Because each of our products is made to order, all sales are final. This policy applies to both custom and stock items, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please take a moment to double-check your order details before completing your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, reach out to us within 30 days of delivery. While we can’t accept returns, our team will do everything possible to make it right.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled or edited only if they have not yet entered production. Any cancellation will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 4% of the order total. Please reach out to the BWNY team as soon as possible to confirm if your order is eligible to be canceled.
