Who qualifies for tax-exempt purchasing?
Customers with a valid resale certificate or other applicable tax exemption documentation may qualify. All documents are subject to review and approval.

Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Can tax be refunded on a previous order?
If you placed an order before approval, please contact us with your order number and resale certificate. If eligible, we’ll review and process a refund of the tax charged.
