Customer represents and warrants to BWNY, its officer, directors, employees, agents, successors, agents, vendors, and affiliates, that Customer owns and possesses all rights or have permission to copy, produce, print or imprint each and every item and portion thereof submitted.

Customer agrees to hold BWNY free and harmless from all liability and indemnify BWNY for any loss, damage or injury, which BWNY may suffer as a result of producing said likeness. The obligation of the customer shall extend to payment for all legal fees and other out-of-pocket costs incurred by BWNY as a result of the reproduction of the likeness requested by the customer.

Any cancellation will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 4% of the order total.
